  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper

  • 1 Yellow Onion

  • 1 package Flour Tortillas

  • 1 jar Fresh salsa

  • 1 bag Tortilla chips

  • 2/3 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/2 pound Small Red Potatoes

  • 1/2 pound Small Yellow Potatoes

  • 1/4 cup red onion
