  • 1 cup Water Chestnuts

  • 1 head Boston Bib Lettuce

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken

  • 1 Tablespoon Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

  • 1 package Organic White Rice
